Accessibility Statement

VistaOpps is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We want anyone who wants to find local opportunities to be able to use VistaOpps, regardless of how they browse the web.

Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. WCAG 2.1 AA is the standard referenced by the U.S. Department of Justice under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and by Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.

Our public marketing pages — the homepage, our industry pages, pricing, and account signup — have been reviewed against WCAG 2.1 Level AA and are substantially conformant. "Substantially conformant" means the pages meet the standard in all the ways we have been able to verify, while we continue testing areas noted below.

What we've done

  • Every page can be operated with a keyboard alone, and every interactive

element shows a clearly visible focus indicator.

  • A "Skip to main content" link is the first item on every page, so people

using a keyboard or screen reader can bypass the navigation.

  • Pages use proper landmarks and heading structure so assistive technology can

navigate them.

  • Every form field has a programmatically associated label, and errors are

announced to screen readers and tied to the field they belong to.

  • Text and interface colors meet the required contrast ratios.
  • Images that convey meaning have text alternatives; purely decorative images

are hidden from assistive technology.

  • The site respects the operating system's "reduce motion" setting.
  • Content reflows without horizontal scrolling down to 320 pixels wide, and

remains usable at 200% zoom.

Known limitations

We are transparent about what we are still working on:

  • Third-party checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe Checkout on Stripe's

own pages. We do not control that experience. If you have trouble completing a purchase, contact us and we will complete it with you directly.

  • Video captions. Product walkthrough videos are being captioned. If a video

you need is not yet captioned, ask us and we will send you a transcript.

  • The signed-in product. Our accessibility work is rolling through the

logged-in dashboard now. Some areas of the application may not yet meet the same standard as these public pages.

Assessment approach

We evaluate accessibility through a combination of automated testing with axe-core, manual keyboard-only walkthroughs, and screen reader spot checks. We re-review when we ship significant changes to these pages.

Feedback — and how to get help

If you run into a barrier on VistaOpps, please tell us. We treat accessibility reports as bugs, not suggestions.

Email support@vistaoppsnet.com and include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using if you know it. We aim to respond within 2 business days, and we will tell you our plan and timeline for the fix.

If something on the site is blocking you right now, say so in your message — we will help you complete what you were trying to do, by email or phone, while we work on the underlying fix.

Formal complaints

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate by replying to our email and asking for your report to be reviewed by a manager. We will acknowledge that request within 5 business days.
